White Cheddar and Olive Tea Sandwiches
These little sandwiches are small but pack a good flavorful punch! Very similar to Pimento cheese filling, the olives give this a more nutty flavor. You can use green or black olives, whichever you prefer. For this recipe, I used black olives as they are my favorite. Use this spread on pita points, crackers or on bread for sandwiches. I am so used to cooking for my boys, I packed the sandwiches pretty full to make them hearty. Use less filling for a more dainty bite….. and enjoy!!
